Decorate Your Home with Free Printables

I have always loved color and art especially in my home, but getting what I want is sometimes pretty expensive. That is one more reason why I love Pinterest. Did you know that you can decorate your home with free printables? There are so many free printable designs you can download and print out! WHAT?!

There are also printables for sale, and even those are not very expensive.

A few years ago, I printed out this little rabbit postcard printable to use for my Spring décor. The quality was really good, and I used cardstock to print it on. I have gotten so many compliments on this bunny.

You don’t even need a computer for this project. I was able to print this from my phone! Yep!

Tip: Always spray your printable with hair spray or other fixative. This will keep the design from running if it gets wet.

I bought a couple of inexpensive plastic frames at Walmart and painted them with Waverly Chalk paint. I like Waverly Chalk paint for this project because it covers really well and doesn’t flake off of plastic.

I knew I wanted to decorate with Spring printables that were colorful as well as beautiful. I found these from thecottagemarket.com

Don’t they look amazing on my shelves?! I printed these out on regular paper. I wish that I would have used card stock.

I plan on printing out more for Spring, Summer and the 4th of July! Yay!

You can find printables in every category (i.e., sports, animals, boho, etc.) You are only limited by your imagination!

I had so much fun making these and even more fun showing them to y’all! I hope I sparked a little “inspiration” when it comes to using printables! Yay!

If you decide to decorate with printables, I would LOVE to see the pictures!

Hi, I’m Danielle!

I am the designer, writer and diy’er behind this blog. I enjoy decorating my home for practically nothing by doing most of the work myself, finding new and imaginative ways to make it beautiful and by watching for killer sales. I find humor almost anywhere and can laugh at myself through it all. I have learned that most projects don’t go exactly as intended, but can be more beautiful than the original plan.
