Decorating your home for every holiday can get expensive.
I mean, in the US, we have a TON of holidays.
Buying decorative pieces, even on a small scale can get pretty pricy.
So, have you ever considered using printable art pieces to decorate your home?
I absolutely love anything “home,” and décor is a huge part of that.
Enter printables, especially “free” printables. Yes! This is really a thing and can be found on Pinterest.
I do believe I actually heard angels singing in the background the day I discovered this.
Aaaahhhhh!!! (my feeble attempt at singing angels).
If you are not familiar with Pinterest, it is a search engine used to find just about anything your little heart desires.
Also, the more you use the site, the more it adapts to your tastes (depending on what you search for).
You can guess that mine is full of home décor, crafts, home remodeling, and a few nail ideas (the finger kind😉).
Printables can be used for all kinds of things from home or office organizing charts, planners, and calendars to name a few.
I use printables all over my home.
Here are my pantry labels. I love how professional they look on my glass canisters from Walmart.
If you are using free printables, the only cost to you is the ink for your printer.
Also, you can download your printables and send them to a printing company such as Office Depot, Staples, etc.
I use printable sheet music and book pages for a lot of my craft projects as well.
The Christmas gift tags I used last year were also free printables from pressprintparty.com
I absolutely love how my printables look in fancy as well as inexpensive frames!
One of the things on my “to-do” list is to learn how to design and possibly sell printables on Etsy.
I also want to give some of the printables I design as gifts or freebees on this website. Yay!
So, the next time you think about decorating for a season or holiday, give Pinterest a try.
You might be surprised at what you find!
